Maintaining Account Information

From any screen within E-MACS, you can access your account information and make changes.

Updating Your Account Information

  1. While logged in to E-MACS, click your username at the upper-right portion of any screen.

  1. From the options that appear, click My Account.

  1. Update your information as needed.

Field

Description

User Information section

 

Prefix, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Suffix, Prefix

Name information of the user.

Username

The username of the user. This cannot be changed.

New Password, Confirm Password

Password must be 6-8 characters.

Notification Type

The method by which the user is notified by E-MACS. Option include "Application Notifications" (notified within E-MACS), "E-Mail" (notified via e-mail only), or "All" (notified by both methods).

Attorney Information section

 

Attorney Bar ID

The user's bar ID.

E-Mail section

 

Primary E-mail, Secondary E-mail

The user's e-mail addresses. Note that only Primary E-mail is required and must be unique to E-MACS.

Phone section

 

Phone Type, Phone Number

The user's phone number(s). Click Add Another Phone to add additional phone numbers.

Address section

 

Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, State, Zip Code

The address of the user. Each address line is limited to 50 characters.

  1. Click Save.
